Winter

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation fee is required in order to secure each booking with Falls Creek Accom.

The deposit must be received within 7 days of each booking enquiry, failing which, Falls Creek Accom is under no obligation to honor the relevant booking.

The balance of the accommodation fee must be paid in full seven weeks prior to the date of arrival.  All payments will be acknowledged by a receipt from Falls Creek Accom.  Where a booking is made within the seven week period prior to the date of arrival the full amount of the accommodation fee is payable immediately.

If cancellation of your booking occurs more than 60 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of your payment less an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment. If cancelled 60-45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total tariff per apartment will be refunded unless the apartment is re-let, in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged. No refund will be given if an apartment booking is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, unless the apartment is re-let, in which case an administration fee of 15% of the total tariff per apartment will be charged.

Booking.com bookings are non-refundable and travel insurance is heavily recommended.

Summer

Deposit of 50% required within 7 days to confirm booking.  
Balance of 50% required 4 weeks before arrival 
Check-in 2pm
Check-out 11am.  Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival warrant a full refund less a 15% booking fee 
Cancellations made less than 45 days prior, will receive no refund unless fully rebooked to another date within the current summer season less a 15% booking fee. 

Peaks summer event

Deposit of 50% required within 7 days to confirm booking.  
50% balance due 31^st January 2025.  No refunds will be issued for cancelled bookings for Peaks weekend. 
Where accommodation is paid for by credit card, a 2% surcharge applies. 
Check-in 2pm
Check-out 11am. If the event is cancelled, 15% of the gross amount will be retained.  No refunds will be issued for course alterations.
